How soon will my order ship?
Most orders we receive by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day.  We understand that once you've made the decision to purchase, you would like to receive your product as soon as possible.  We cannot guarantee that all orders will actually ship the same day, but we do our absolute best at processing orders as quickly as possible.

Can I track the status of my order?
You can always track your order by obtaining order status by clicking here.  This will always have the latest information on your order and it is the same information that our customer service agents would provide if you contact us.  

Will I receive email notification when my product ships?
Yes you will. Emails are sent to the email address that was provided when you ordered your unit.

What delivery company do you use?
All certified refurbished units are shipped via FedEx ground with signature required.  This is a requirement of the manufacturer that cannot be changed due to the cost of the units.  Any accessories purchased are shipped via UPS or USPS and signature is not required.

Is it possible to get expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not offered.

Where does my unit get shipped from?
All units get shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in Georgia.  Any accessories purchased are shipped from various warehouses across the United States.

Does my order come with free shipping?
All of the robotic pool cleaners come with free shipping.  The price you see on our web site is the total price you will pay.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.  We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

Do I need to create an account to obtain warranty service?
No, you do not need to create an account.  In fact, most of our customers checkout as a guest.  If you need to submit a service request, you can click here.
